Service Orders contain a record of both scheduled and completed work.
Service orders contain services which detail the work carried out for clients on a daily basis.
Service orders provide the information required to produce accurate and itemized quotes and invoices.
Information held in service orders is fed into the real time schedule and service lists used by administrators and staff to run the business.
Importantly, changes made to services held in service orders are reflected in real time around the system, meaning that staff out in the field have instant access to the latest information. Additionally, data is entered only once, saving time on administration tasks and potential for duplications and errors.

Service orders contain the services for the client. The services in the order will be on the schedule, and will be included in quotes and invoices, unless they have been purposefully "hidden" from the schedule and/or invoice.
