< Client Management < Adding a New Client
Some pet sitting businesses prefer to create accounts for their clients themselves. This has the advantage of knowing that the account is set up as you want it to be and that all your important information has been completed by your admin, rather than hoping your client will fill in everything they need to.
The alternative is to allow new contacts to "register" online with Pet Sitter Plus and to complete the details afterwards. See Online Registration for New Clients.
How do I add a new client to PSP?
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to CLIENTS
STEP 1

Click the "+ New Client" option from the sub menu.
STEP 2

Enter a "First Name", "Last Name" and "Schedule Ref". The schedule ref is generally the pet name or names, but you can enter whatever you like in this field. Note that it will appear in the schedule, and on orders and invoicing.

Click "Create Client".

Now you can complete all Client Details on the pages in the "Client Data" area of your client record. Don't forget to click "Update" whenever you make any changes.
ON MOBILE:
STEP 1

Tap the Navigator and select Clients > Search

Tap "+ New Client"
